Thanks
MBAGuide for reply but I am really unsure whether I would be able to replicate the same GMAT score in the present scenario. So, I just want to ask whether IR is really such a big concern... should I seriously consider a retake??
I am also planning to apply at LBS, HEC Paris and ESSEC for MIM course.
HarshGupta08 with the schools you have on your list, who knows that it may come to the last decimal when deciding between two similarly placed applicants! Having said that, how did you do on the mocks before you took the GMAT? Did you get around 690-700 consistently? If yes, then with some preparation you may do even better.
In my humble opinion, 690 is a decent score but also it is not a level where a serious applicant (Indian demographic) wouldn't try to do better considering INSEAD and LBS are on the list and you have time before the applications. A low IR score further signals there's much room for improvement. If you are pretty confident about being a strong candidate otherwise, I suggest you give the GMAT another chance so that you do not regret it later.
