Hi experts,
I plan to get admitted in INSEAD and wanted an opinion on my profile. below are my details
Nationality: Indian
Age: 26 years
Gender : Female
Education: B.Tech in Electronics and telecommunications Engineering from a Grade A college
GPA : 3.5/5 - calculated online. (P. S. I know it's low but I have explainable reasons)
GMAT: Not taken yet so would appreciate to get an advice on min. score
Work exp. : 4 years
Achievements :
pre job: Participation and winner certificates for many debate competitions ( inter and intra college)
Certificates of appreciation for organising many technical and cultural college events
Winning certificates for dance competitions
Certificate of participation for workshops on RPA, automation and ethical hacking
during job : Awarded as Rising Star for fixing few issues in early years of work experience
Awarded as Super Star for continual outstanding work performance
Certification of participation for organising many annual events accross multiple work locations
Key Highlights:
Bagged 3 back-to-back promotions
Project Management experience in IT sector and finance planning sector
Supervised a team of 30 people of experience range (1-11 years)
Certifications:
Six Sigma Green belt
ITIL V4
PMP certification

You need to do well on the GMAT. That is a critical outstanding component of your profile. It's hard to truly evaluate your profile without it. You probably need to get a 730+ to properly outweigh your GPA and to overcome those in your competitive demographic. Is that doable?
Your work experience - promotions, awards, and number of reportees - looks solid. I would like to know more about your accomplishments, but I imagine they will support your stated trajectory to date.
What about ECs? Do you have any post-college? The debate society is good, but that's very academic and probably a little dated. That's the one major piece I am missing from this puzzle. If you have been involved in a couple of things outside of work, that would be helpful to know. If not, I would get moving on that now so you can shore up that weakness by the time you apply.
