Congratulation Rajeesh!
I'll try to answer you from my little experience(2 interviews).
You should reread your essays and be very clear what your targets are, what you've done and how an MBA and INSEAD will help you reach your targets.
Hesitating during the interviews can leave a negative impression on the interviewers. I'm especially aware of that point, as didn't prepare as much as I planned. I thought that I would fluently answer each question, but it wasn't always the case.
It is good also to have a look to the interviewer's background, as it will help you to adapt a little your speech to his personality. But of course, not too much, you shouldn't give the impression that you want to 'buy' his recommandation.
Finally, you have to be prepared for the worse, because all the interviews dont occur only in nice places whith friendly interviewers. The second of my interviews was not really what I expected after the first smooth one.
So good luck!
