I didnt get the reapplication instruction. It said generally waitlisters dont get reapplication instruction and even when significant changes are there, chances are rare. Think it is more like dont bother to.reapply. how about you? If there are people who got reapplication instruction, wonder if we can share what it says.

Well, that is something I may not be able to know. As I am planning to reapply when I make some achievement, what they say is not that important. Competition was also strong this time and it sounds reasonable to say that next competiton will be fierce. Just want to make difference before I get too old and wish it to be a big one so that I may not fail like this time. Now, I will stay away from this for a while because I got too much stress during this period.
