Recently admitted to IE Business School Ranked 12th in FT 2006 list. Personal recommendation, take their admisions test and do not submit gmat scores, it is easier, the interview is a review of your application and it is by phone, so have a copy of it at hand.
I do recommend you take the GMAT as a self-assesment tool, but not for the IE application, because they have a good admisions test that can give you a better chance in the selection process, because it gives them them the accurate information that they're looking for in the way you think and your personality. This test is more business cases and logical thinking than the gmat which is a more generalized test.
any other recommendations? IE is my dream school so I would really like to get accepted. do you mind if I ask the one and a million questions here or could i pm or e-mail you?
thats about all the recommendations that I consider, after that its all left to the admisions office and a normal admisions process is undertaken. You have to sumbit 3 essays, they do take this into much consideration, also they require at least 3 years of postgraduate work experience. I had an undergraduate GPA of 3.0, I think they overlooked that.
