Hey everyone!

I've been accepted in the International University in Geneva (IUG) for the master in International Trade and in the University of Groningen for the master in International Economics and business. My concern for the IUG is that the university is a private one, and I don't really know what are the disadvantages of studying in a private university(apart from the tuition fees). Both masters have courses for trading which is a sector that I am really intrested in.

It would be really helpful, if someone could share his/her knowledge.

Thank you!

I am not very familiar with the university in Geneva, but if you are interested in getting a job in the Netherlands (especially in finance / trading), the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) would be your best bet – followed at a distance by the University of Tilburg and the University of Amsterdam.

Groningen is a great student city though, with lots to do. I'm not sure about the student life in Geneva, but it is a beautiful city.
