This is extremely uncommon. In fact, this is the first time I have ever heard of such a question being asked. It's frankly inappropriate. Are you able to share if you interviewed a second year student, an AdCom member, or an alumnus? Stern interviews are usually conducted by AdCom members, which would surprise me even more than they would ask this type of question.
More importantly, how did you do? If you aced it or at least answered it suitably, then there's no sense in dwelling on it. I suppose if you didn't do well, you can't do much about it either...
