The therapist says --> All types of insomnia are included in my treatment therapy.
the interviewer says --> I have few cases that I could show which were not cured.
if you narrowed down to A and C but chose C like me ... Here is what I understood after reading a second time :D
The therapist says -- ALL cases for insomnia. the interviewer says here is a evidence that goes against it. which is Choice A.

Was between A and D. Should have gone A as it's fairly obvious.
Interviewer says that following the treatment doesn't always work.
Therapist says they weren't following the treatment, then.
A essentially states that the therapist ignores the possibility that treatment doesn't always work.
