Do you have an interview with Columbia? Or any other top program? One novel way to approach your interview prep is to think about what the admissions committee members are thinking about when they admit candidates. Here's a hint from someone who has been on the admissions side- regardless of the school- the admissions team answers to many stakeholders including the career management center, faculty, staff, current students and alumni. Read this article and think about how you can frame your answers so that you are giving the admissions team the info they need to feel good about accepting you!
