Introduction & GMAT Re-take suggestion

Good morning everybody! Let me briefly present myself: I am Francesco, Italian, 28, and I am currently working in Luxembourg for Ferrero as Key acocunt manager in the travel retail division. I had many international experiences throughout my career, starting from my first exchange program in SC, USA for 12th grade. I graduated from Bocconi, with 2 exchanges, one in UCSB and a second one in UB in Argentina, and I also worked in China for Ducati to develop the network of retailer.
I have always wanted to do an MBA after some years of work experience, and for the moment I have roughly 3 years full time experience, and I believe I have the right age to apply to an MBA program. I went in Bruxelles last week to the presentation of INSEAD, and I would like to apply for September16 Intake (R1-R2). I thought that having 1 year program i/o 2 is better, and also not having a green card might make it harder if I apply to a USA based MBA. what do you think about this?
I took the GMAT many years ago, back in 2008, during my exchange in UCSB, and actually my result was not amazing (considering I had done a course to prepare it), but then I enjoyed California and I took the exam after few month of the end of my course. I had a 640, but with very different results in Quantitative and Verbal section, as I scored with a Q47 and V29. When I was practicing I remember I used to take 49-50 in Q, and between 30-35 in V, reason why I was aiming at 720+.
Clearly many years has passed now, and in order to apply for an MBA now I would need to re-take the gmat with less fresh math, but probably better verbal skills, as I managed to take the CPE (2011) without preparing it.
This weekend I will collect my study material for the course, and start reviewing it, but I would like to ask you where it is better to study now, if there are iOS based application to get ready, and maybe if you have a suggestion for another course to be done online (as in luxembourg there are no courses). Also what I would like to understand is whether there are any differences in the exam as I don't remember taking AWA and IR, and I remember I studied on the orange book which I believe was ed. 11th, and I just purchased the new reveiw for 2015 with also Math and verbal separate book.
Thank you very much for any suggestion and help you might give me.
Best regards,
Francesco
