Hello -
Question.. in july of 2004 I entered a rotational management associate program for a regional bank. Every year the bank recruits approximately 35 associates who ultimately enter a specific line of business within the bank..
I've been involved in the recruiting process which has so far has included hosting lunches, speaking to prospectives, and conductiong an information session on the application developent unit of the bank during the associates rotation through the Ops / Tech division.
This february, I will be actually interviewing candiates for the program. What would be a good way to highlight this for my applications? Should I use this to show I'll be an active member and proponent of the mba program I join (which is important to me)? Is this unique enough to highlight? Thanks..
