Yes it is an integer.

Here are few more interesting facts about zero that you should know for GMAT.

1) 0 is neither +ve nor -ve.
2) 0 is an even number.
3) Any number divided by 0 is undefined number or infinity.
4) Any number if has exponent 0 equals 1.
5) 0 exponent 0 is undefined number or infinity.
6) Every integer is a factor of 0.
