You can really achieve pretty much anything if you put your mind to it and set it as a goal. If you want something more than anything else, you can get it. I’ve seen proof of it over and over.
Well, usually masters programs tend to cater to the recent graduates, There are programs that take all types and ages of candidates.
I would mention that you should keep an eye out for how you’re planning to recruit afterwards. are you willing to take a low level analyst position like the other 22-year-old graduates? Would you be hired for that kind of a position? getting in is one consideration, but recruiting is more serious since that is the payback and ROI for your degree.… I know many feel that being more experienced and older and more mature is a positive, but it actually isn’t. There’s a certain pattern of recruiting that employers do and all of their recruits are under 25 for specific positions. Someone in their 30s or 40s would be an outlier and wouldn’t fit the typical mold and they would really really really need a strong reason to break the pattern and take a risk. So not impossible but don’t expect your age queations to disappear any time soon 😇
