Is 60 Days of prep Enough For scoring 650 plus ?

Dear all,

I am planning to give my gmat in june 2018 , i have already booked the exam dates.

I had given a mock test without any preparation using the economist gmat app and i ended up scoring 400.

I need your help / advise

1) How can i find all basics of each quant topics so i can first brush up the concepts?

2) what should be my study plan ?

3) Is it realistic to score 650 plus in 60 days which is almost 250 points more than what i scored now

4) English was the least concentrated subject during My schooling is it gonna be a big problem?

5) should i buy any app / course ? Or Self study can help me work this score out

Please help, really stressed as i m running out of time
