I agree It may be a good idea to work in Sales to get yourself in the door, while leveraging and further developing your interpersonal skills.

As you gain practical experience and become more certain that the business world and the MBA is the path for you, you may take on additional courses related to business, or even consider a CFA. Doing very well here and a strong GMAT would help show your academic potential.

Accomplishments at work and outside, including leadership and collaborative experiences would also help display your potential. Crafting personal essays that would show how you have bounced back and develop would help explain how the low GPA is not reflective of your true potential.

Thanks, what sorts of schools would I be looking at if I did want to get an MBA? I mean Wharton and Harvard are obviously out of the question.
