A - Not suff as -ve slope can have points where b is +ve or -ve

B - Not suff (will give diff answers for -ve and +ve sloping lines)

taking A and B together

The point will lie in Quadrant 4 and b will always be Positive (except origin). As we have been given ab is not equal zero,

C will give the correct answer
What is OA... and just out of curiosity, would this be a sub 700 question ?
