I seem to be reading some pretty bad reviews of the Barrons guide at not only this forum but other places too...
I do have a copy and though i'm not reading the strategies, i thought it was another resource to get questions from (as it does have plenty)...any reason why people are so anti-Barrons?

Do some verbal questions posted by doloris. You will see. Grammar concepts tested are way too advanced and ambiguous. CR questions sometimes rely on specific knowledge of economics.
I wouldn't say that its verbal SC are advanced. It is just pure bad quality and not representative of what is being tested on the GMAT. Do NOT buy it. I used it for myself and realized afterwards that I was using very bad material. I speak from experience.
