I've never heard of anyone with no experience applying to any of the top business schools. (Even mid-range business schools)

Your chances would be very slim almost to the point of wasting your time and application fees.

The MBA is for an executive/leadership type role. What would you say during your interviews? How could you lead when you've never really worked before?

I think 2 years of work is the minimum (Obviously not a strict minimum) for those who want to get an MBA at an early age. Plus, your boss recommendation will help you get into the business school you want and you'll have a better idea of what you want to do with your life.
