The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory, a test developed in the 1930s to assess character, attitudes, and behavior, is finally being revised, after many attacks recently as dated and culturally biased.
1) has recently been attacked as dated and culturally biased and is finally being revised
2) is finally to be revised after recent attacks as dated and culturally biased.

I am listing only two options as I don't want to write all the four options.
Please tell me which one is correct. TIA.

Test is revised only after the attacks, (1) shows it correctly therefore number 1.
