(1) clearly Q can be 2,3,5,7,11 -> hence need not result in same answers !!! INSUFFI

(2)says $$\frac{4Q}{11} = 2*n$$ where n is an integer .SUFFI

C

(1) Insufficient
Q could 2, 5, 7, 11...

(2) Insufficient
Q could be either positive or negative multiples of 11.

(1) and (2) Sufficient
Q is 11 because prime numbers are positive.
