My GMAT Score is 660 Q 49 and V 30. I have 6 yrs of work experience in US and have Masters of Science degree from Northwestern University. I also have second MS in software (on going). I was wondering what are my chances of getting into top business school.

663 is the average at Rotman, so that's a qualified yes. However, it will depend on the quality of your work experience, GPA, essays, etc. it's impossible to say your chances without knowing a lot more about your profile.

On paper it probably is good enough but will depend on your profile particularly your GPA. Northwestern is an elite undergrad program so if you did reasonably well there you should be in good shape
