does anyo0ne here know how to create a post it keeps giving me stupid stuff like "You must specify an official answer " what does that even mean?

Just go to the concerned forum like ... if you wish to post a PS Quant Question ,, then go to PS Quant Forum ... . & in that .... there would be a big text box for writing your Post & below this box .. there will be an option to select the Official Answer .... You just select the OA that you know .... & click on submit button below all this .. Hope it Helps !!

Use the A, B, C, D, E radio buttons to indicate the official answer (OA).
