Hi!
When most people talk about the over-represented pool they are referring to engineering / IT roles. So yes, your profile will be more differentiated. Now, you will face a slightly different challenge which many humanities students face from any country, in that you need to be able to show strong quant skills (which it looks like you can via your GMAT score!), and you need to show a good understanding of career options in business and why the MBA is the right path for you. With some time to reflect / think and network / research, you can definitely do that.
Also, do you have any full-time work experience? That is really important for b-schools. Most applicants have 4-6 years work experience including some solid leadership experience.
Good luck!
