Is international experience a mandatory requirement to apply for Mannheim Business School. About my profile: I have roughly four years of experience out of which three years was in running my own business and I'm currently working as a sales manager and I have managed to secure a 750 in GMAT. But I have never gotten an opportunity to work outside of India. Does this mean I cannot apply to Mannheim. Their website mentions international experience as a "formal criteria".

I don't think so. It would be a criteria, though it is mentioned so in the website. But it does provide a great advantage.
You can go to linkedin and search the alumni profile and check their past organizations and get a fair idea.
