Everything depends on you. For example, before something important, whether it's an exam or a speech, I always divide up a practice test for myself. This habit has remained since college when I first realized that math is not a problem, but writing is worth working on. To improve my skills, I read books and wrote essays on them, I read the works of other authors on https://sunnypapers.com/ to understand how professionals write. As a result, all my training was not in vain, and now I am happy to write for my students. I'm sure you will succeed too.

Hi swarnikaahuja,

The process of taking (and reviewing) a CAT requires a significant amount of energy and effort - and takes time to 'recover' from. As such, you should not take any CATs/mocks too close to Test Day (since we don't want you 'burned out' heading into your Official Exam. If your Test Date is coming up, then in these last few days, you should limit your studies to general practice and light review (NO CATs and NO 'cramming') - you would be better served by getting some extra rest so that you can go into Test Day calm, clear-headed and ready to work.

1) What date is your Official GMAT?
2) How have you been scoring on your CATs/mocks?
3) In a prior post, you noted how you were interested in receiving accommodations for your Exam. Did you apply for (and receive) accommodations?

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich

Is it a good idea to write a mock test a day or two before the real exam?

I think you may be cutting it close. When is your GMAT?
