I took the GMAT Focus online today and didn't quite hit the score I was hoping for. When I tried to schedule a retake, I found out I need to wait 16 days before I can take it again. I was really hoping to retake it sooner.
I was wondering, would it be against the rules if I created another mba . com account with my same personal information but a different email to sign up for an earlier retake? If it's against the rules, I promise that I will not do this. I just want to confirm whether it's against the rules or not. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Doing so is against the rules.
Also, for what it's worth, someone who did so would likely be caught because, from what I have seen, GMAC makes a point of finding duplicate accounts and merging them.

You will not be able to take the test sooner than 16 days since your last attempt, unfortunately.
If you create another account, even with another email address, it will be merged with your other account. They used date of birth and last name to identify unique individuals, not your email. Your test will get canceled and will be a headache rescheduling it or getting a refund.
However, let’s assume that for some reason the system did not catch you, in that case, you would take a test using the same question database so a lot of the questions would be repeats and it would be an accurate score which will most definitely be canceled and potentially may face some other problems but these policies are not clearly stated to documented.
Anyway, probably best not to do it.
