Hi,
My long term goal is to start my own businesses, yes, I actually have two business goals that I would hopefully be able to achieve. These two goals are somewhat related and strive to serve the same group of people, but would be two different business fields. These are truly my passions but is it a bad idea to include both on the essay? or would I be better off sticking to one?

Regarding your MBA application essay, you want to make sure that you communicate a consistent story. It's important that you make a strong case for your goals and show how and why these make sense and demonstrate that they are realistic for you, given your background and interests. It can be tricky if you try to include too much information or several different goals in a single essay, although in some cases you can explain why you are interested in two different possibilities should one of them not work out (not everyone can break into particularly competitive fields). I often think it's clearer to focus on your #1 goal and work around that, showing what your short terms plans would be and how these will prepare you for your longer term goal. The answer to your question can also depend on the length of the essay and for a shorter essay, you might not have space to include two different goals. Remember that you don't want to just list your goals but you want to provide reasons behind them and show how you will be equipped to reach what you are setting out to achieve. In general, a strong career plan is one that brings the candidate to a very successful future, and one that is very likely to happen.
In general, the more specific and personal the essay is, the better.
The key to the Career Essay: Connect most sentences with the future goals and the industry name.
