Hi All,
I am preparing to apply for the IIMA PGPX program for 2025 intake.
The application requests to write about achievements in current job in 1000 characters - but it has been only 5 months since I joined my current role. Though I can write about my projects - but 5 months seems too short of a time to portray achievements in the current role.
However, my previous roles have been around 2 / 2.5 years longer stints - and hence consist of significant experience and achievements.
Is it okay to club the previous work experience achievements in the current one, owing to a short span (5 months and counting) in the current role?
