I am 21 today. In four month's time I shall be 22. I am stuck at a temp job which is not as challenging as one would hope for. After graduating college with a BBA degree I was unemployed for 10 months or so. And this job is quite recent. The job market in my residential country does not give a lot of young talent as opposed to people who have been already established here. I want to have a business of my own, but cannot find a mentor/small company to provide me with the necessary work exp/learning. How can I improve myself?
