The GMATClub tests are excellent, but they are also extremely difficult and mentally exhausting. And with less than two weeks before the GMAT, you would have to very careful about fatigue with these.

With two weeks, don't overkill yourself. Best plan would be to revisit your MGMAT mocks and review them completely - find different methods to solve a single problem, post the questions or search in the forum and you will find different explanations. Have a look at those. Take notes and make flash cards - any tips/shortcuts/patterns/things you find difficult like cheatsheet. If you review this way, it will take 2 to 3 hours to finish the quant section alone and one week will pass. You will be honing what you have learnt so far. That would be the best idea. Solving tough problems won't get you to Q50. If you manage to score a 48 in GMATPrep, then you are comfortable in all the areas, your mistakes will mostly comprise of misinterpretation/careless errors/wrong approach+timing - reviewing the problems is the best way to reduce that. GMATClub tests are good but going for them in the last two weeks is totally your call as said by the experts. Anyway try them, if you are convinced with the tests, don't try to cram everything within the two weeks. I did that mistake in the last two weeks (not the GMATClub tests, but put in more effort in the last two weeks) and on the test day was like 'let's get this damn thing finished off'. If you are so confused try bunuel's signature problems - compilation of tough problems with bunuel's explanations - Look for his posts in quantitative section. They are quite good with awesome explanations.

Thanks! Where are brunel's tough problems located?

I have been scoring 680s and my quant is the drag. I was trying to boost it just the slightest before the real exam but not sure the best way. Any recommendations?

Check his signature - Look for his posts in quantitative section. Again the best plan would be revisit everything you have solved rather than going for new problems. Otherwise mix both spend more time for reviewing and try solving related tough problems from bunuel's posts.

Yeah, today I went into the Quant 2nd Edition Book to attempt timed sets of problems. I am wondering if this is not the most effective way to boost my score here in crunch time. So I should just go through and review/analyze the explanations on all the MGMAT practice tests?

Yes. If you have finished all the mocks, generate reports and you can get a topic wise list (inequalities, VIC, algebra) of problems across all mocks you have solved. Redo all the problems and review them effectively - look for different explanations in the forums and learn the shortest. Take notes, flashcards etc. If you still want to solve new problems, then choose few topics to review and then solve some related tough problems from OG/forums using tags/bunuel's posts/any other resource you have.

I just came across all of brunel's posts....great stuff

I am almost wondering if I should use his tutorials to review and then try some of his problems. What do you think or should I stick with MGMAT CAT review like we discussed?

Its completely your call. If you want to go topic wise, then MGMAT will be better otherwise you can go with Bunuel's posts - Only half of them will be categorized.

I am also contemplating to buy GMAT club test. My main objective is

- to increase the quant score
- to increase my speed in quant section
- to take a quant test daily (for next 2-3 weeks)

Is it worth buying the gmatclub tests for quant. Are questions in these test as per the gmat standards?

The questions are solid gold. You can check out using the forum's tag search option for yourself. If you have enough time, then go for it.

A single word for GC tests: Exceptional.

Basically if you are hitting around 45-46, your fundamentals are good however you need practice on different concepts tested in GMAT to master them. GC tests help you in doing that. I have given more then 15 tests by now and necessary practice has helped me improve. You can give them un-timed and analyse each of the wrong and correct questions.

Although GMAT is a game of nerves, I feel one can do these GC tests 2 week's before the D day too. However, important is to revise all the concepts done previously.
