I would absolutely retake...your score will likely hurt you quite a bit.
Why only part-time experience? Usually, schools insist on full-time work experience. Was it two part-time jobs at the same time? Did you have an opportunity to develop and demonstrate leadership skills?

I would definitely retake if I were you. Most business schools focus more on Quant score than Verbal score especially if you want to focus on IT course.
