Is n divisible by 12 ?
(1) n/6 is an integer.
(2) n/4 is an integer.
Individually neither of the statements is sufficient.
Both statements together are sufficient since LCM of 4 and 6 is 12 which means that 'n' will always be a multiple of 12 so that n/6 and n/4 are both integers.
Hence 'n' will be divisible by 12.
Answer C.
(1) n/6 is an integer.
(2) n/4 is an integer.
