Can someone tell me how does the OG and Kaplan material correlate with actual GMAt scores?
- Is Kaplan substantially tougher than actual GMAT? Specially verbal, and even more specially RC.
- Is OG (downloaded simulator from Mba.com) a good indicator of toughness?

I can't speak for Kaplan, but I found the GMATPrep software (the OG thing you're referring to) to be a fairly accurate predictor on the verbal side. I scored a little better in real life, but I wouldn't bank on that. It was probably just luck.
On the other hand, I thought the real quantitative section was much more difficult than GMATPrep, but my score was in the same ballpark. I feel like they ask tougher questions but score more leniently on the real GMAT quantitative section.

I don't know what to say. One day before the official examinations i finished the two tests from GMATPrep and scored 700 in both of them. At the official exam I took only 590. Maybe in the official test a scored only 590 because in the room was a lot of noise. This is the only explanation.
