Tr. RQS and Tr. RPT are similar triangles. So the ratio of their sides will be same.
RS/RT = RQ/RP => RP/RQ = 5/2 => QP/RQ = 3/2. (Just subtract 1 from both sides )
Hence k=3/2. So Qunatity A & B are equal.
