Is p^2 = q?
A - Q is prime
B - p^2 = q^2.
State A - Not sufnt. Q can, 2, 3, 5..
State B - Not enough info, can be 1,2,3,4...
Combined - Yes the answer will be NO p^2 is not equal to q, since1 is the only one that can satisfy orginal statement and B, but 1 is not a prime.
Hence C is the solution.
A - Q is prime
B - p^2 = q^2.

Sorry for the previous submition, the answer is C
(1), No information about P, so insufficient.
(2). Both P & Q can be 1,2,3,4,5....
(1) + (2): - according to (1) Q must be a prime number, it has to be 2,3,5,7....BUT NOT 1. And to satisfy (2) P & Q both have to be the same number.
Using both conditions, we P^2 can never be equal to just Q.
Answer is C, and NO P^2 NOT= Q
