how can AC and BD bisect??? Sry stupid Q's


It's better to ask how AC and BC can NOT bisect? I was thinking in terms of their length in this case

St1:
Not sufficient. ABCD can be any quadilateral.
St2:
Not sufficient. ABC just needs to be a right angle. Can be a square or trapezium as well.

Using st1 and st2:
Nothing new is known. Can be a sqaure or rectangle...

Is quadrilateral ABCD a rectangle?
