Its E. It looks simple but had to work it out. OA answer is E.
1) not sufficient as we dont have value for t
2) not sufficient as we dont have value for r
combing 1 & 2 still not sufficient. if r =2 and t=2 and if s is 1/2 then rst=2.

Answer is E as rst = 1 or rst is not equal to 1.
Let r = s = t = 1 then rst = 1.
Let r = 2, s = 1/2, t = 2
then rs = 1, st = 1 but rst is not equal to 1.
So answer is E
