Hi heerjain01,
Since there are a number of 'experimental' questions on the GMAT that do NOT count towards your score, you could potentially correctly answer a number of the questions and still receive a 200. I do agree that that type of overall Score is strange and COULD be the result of some type of 'tech issue' during the Exam (for example, if the Test Application did not properly log your answers and instead marked all of the prompts as incorrect or 'unanswered'). Reaching out to Customer Support at
www.mba.com was an appropriate move; we'll have to see what type of response you receive.
You noted that you thought you would score at least a 600, so I would like to know a bit more about how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
