negetive numbers can be prime. -2, -3, -5 these are all prime because they are divisible only by 1 and themselves.

Is sqrt(x) a prime number?
1. l3x-7l=2x+2
2. x^2=9

from i, x = 1 and 9. so sqrtx = 1, and 3. not suff.
from ii, x = -3 and +3. so sqrtx is not a prime. so suff.
