If [x] = 3, => x could vary from 3 to 3.99.
Now, 3/4 or 3.99/4 are less than 1.
Hence, the value of [x/4] is 0.

If [x] = 3, => x will be 3 (as it says integer, we cant take fractions)
Now, [3/4]=> 0.75
Greatest integer less than or qual to (0.75) is 0.
