Is the slope of line N bigger than that of line P? 1. Both

Question

Is the slope of line N bigger than that of line P? 

1. Both the 2 line pass through the point (3,2) 
2. The intercept on y-axis of line N is bigger than that of P. 

Ok guys, the problem was discussed earlier but we could not agreed on the answer. OA was also not posted by the originator. 
Now i am posting for with more and detail discussion. Pls post your answer with more explanatation.

1) N = neg slope P = pos slope with N = bigger y-intecept or N =pos slope and P = neg slope with P = bigger y-intercept => both satisfy stem 1) but with different slopes => insuff

2) N and P can have a neg or pos slope => both satisfy stem 2) but with different or equal slopes => insuff

1 +2 ) slope of N and P cannot be equal; if slopes are pos and neg P is bigger and if slopes are different P is still bigger => suff

I am going with "E".....lil unclear on what does it mean by intercept is > 
I am taking it as the absolute value and also confused on value of slope, r we supposed to take it in absolute terms ?.....so let's see

Line N => y-2 = n(x-3).......y = nx+(-3n+2)
Line P => y = px+(-3p+2)


We know |-3n+2| > |-3p+2|.....eq 1

ques asking if n > p

so if n > p.....say n = 2 and p=1......eq 1 satisfies
But also if p > n ....say p = -2 and n= -3....eq 1 satisfies....

so insuff, however, if we r talking abt slopes in absolute terms then it is "C".

both lines could be heading from quadrant III to I or one could be heading from quadrant IV to II and the other III to I
not clear
definitely E just based on the info

I say e because if you think in terms of flatness (slope) if N had and intercept of 2.9 and p had intercept of 1 it would be P BUT if N was 25 and P was 10 it would be N so you can't say.
