Is the slope of the Line K positive?
1) The product of the intercepts made by the Line K is zero.
2) The product of the intercepts made by the Line K is positive.

Statement one is clearly not sufficient because it just means line pass through (0,0), and slope might be +ive or -ive.
Statement 2 is sufficient as it indicates either x or y intercepts both will be positive , or both will be negative ...
in both cases the slope will be -ive ( if you draw the line then line will pass through I, II , IV quadrant if both intercepts are +ive, and line will pass through II, III , IV quadrant if both intercepts are -ive)
