(1) Since we don't have information about other integers, we can't comment whether or not the sum of integers is 0.
Thus, insufficient.
(2) Since the median of a set of consecutive integers is 0, integers on left side of 0 will have negative values of each integer on right side of 0, so the sum of integers will be 0.
Thus, sufficient.
Therefore, the answer is option B.

Analyzing the question:
A consecutive set of integers is an arithmetic sequence (evenly spaced sequences). They have the property median = average. Also, if you know a term in the sequence and its order, and how many terms there are, you can figure out the entire sequence.
Statement 1: Alone insufficient. How many terms are below? Where does the sequence end?
Statement 2: Median = Average = 0. Sum = Average * # of terms, so the sum must be 0 as well. Another way to think about this is that since 0 is the middle term, every positive term will cancel out with the negative. Sufficient.
