For most test takers, Data Insights is the most challenging section on the GMAT, with test takers scoring several points lower on average on DI than on Quant or Verbal and completing the section with less time to spare.

My verbal is fine, but apparently i vastly underestimated the math section. I received a 770 on my SAT I and II math, so I thought that would suffice after just a cursory review of some GMAT books, but I received a pretty terrible score. I scored a 680 my first time around just by the strength of my LSAT studies kicking major ass in verbal, but I received a very very very low number on the math section.
I think I was encouraged to think lowly of this test, cause my LSAT friend got a 740 after studying for 2 weeks. I did better than him on verbal, but he got a 51 on math, so yeah.. and he was a physics major, so i'm not sure why i bought into the math being "insanely easy."
I'm looking for a test prep company (preferably one online as i'll be i out of the states for the next 4 months or so) that will offer tons of practice and good explanations especially with the tougher questions.
Thanks.
I saw the best books section and do plan on getting those resources, but i'm also curious about courses as well.

I would look into Knewton - they have a 50 point money back guarantee and a lot of practice. (if you sign up with GMAT Club's code, you will also get access to the gmat club tests).
no one advocates it and its not much of a test prep company but the website magoosh.com . It has 200 + questions with video explanations of how to do them that was extremely helpful for me.
I'd say worth looking at they give you 30 for free so check it out.
