We have 2 roads from A to C that are at least 10 m. so the answer is YES

I went with C, though I'll say this was a little tricky. When I read questions that are somewhat simple, I always think it's some sort of trap.

St1, gives us info on getting from A to B, but nothing on C. Insufficient.
St2, gives us info on getting from B to C, but nothing on A. Insufficient.

1+2, gives us information on getting from A to C, through B. Sufficient.

I'd love to hear any feedback or ways to improve my problem solving. I make a lot of silly mistakes. If you've had luck improving on stupid mistakes, I'd love to hear how you did it.
