depends on your definition of knowing the material cold. if you ace every question type in quant then you might get it through with flying colors since there are only so many ways they can ask the same questions. In verbal RC is "tough" because the passages are all different although the question types are pretty obvious so it will probably be dependent on your reading skills. CR has a set number of question types and question setups as well but the topics are all different. SC probably easy since if you know the rules cold and you dont really have to "understand" the topic you should be good here. So IMO RC/CR are probably going to give you the most "problems" if you know the material cold..
