Is X a prime number?
(1) |X|=1^X
(2) X=1^|X|
A - Suffcnt, as X can be either 0 or 1 (Neither 0 nor 1 is a prime number)
B - Sufficnt, as X has to be 1. Thats the only number that satisfies and is not a prime number.
Hence D is the answer.
