1- Insufficient: There are many integer's solutions of x and y that satisfy 4x-3y=6. E.g: 4(3)-3(2)=6 and 4(9)-3(10)=6. Hence insufficient.
2- Sufficient: 3x+5y=22------->3x=22-5y. This equation can be solved by: trying multiples of 5, subtract 22 from the multiples, then pick up the integers that are multiple of 3.
3x=22-5......not integer
3x=22-10......x=4
3x=22-15.....Not integer.
3x=22-18.....Not integer
3x=22-21......Not integer.
Hence sufficient.
The correct answer is B.
