IMO: E

St 1: x is a multiple of 3.

If x = 6 then No
If x = 9 then Yes
No unique solution. Hence not suff

St 2: x is a multiple of 5.

If x = 10 then No
If x = 15 then Yes.
No unique solution. Hence not suff

Combined :

if x = 15 then Yes
if x = 30 then No
No unique solution. Hence not suff

Statement 1: x is a multiple of 3: Eg: 3,6,9,12. Insufficient
Statement 2: x is a multiple of 5: Eg:5,10,15,20. Insufficient
Using both statements, still insufficient. Eg:15,30,45,60

IS x odd or even?
1. X = 12 or 15; so insufficient to answer the question
2. X = 10 or 15; so insufficient to answer the question

1+2 we have x = 15,30 ; so insufficient to answer the question

Hence answer is E

Op A --- both Yes/No --- X can be 6 , 9 , 15 ..not sufficient
Op B --- both Yes/No ---X can be 5,10,15 ..not sufficient
Option A n B together ...
Multiple of 3,5 --- x can be 15,30 ,45...
hence not sufficient
