I will pick B on this one.
s[1]: 3x=4y => x=4/3y
So, xwill always be greater than y except if x = 0, then y=0.
So insufficient.
s[2]: x=k/3; y=k/4 => 3x=4y
x=4/3y and x will alaways be greater than y since x cannot be 0 as k>0
Sufficient.
